The program is administrated following the security regulations of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Education. These will be reviewed with the participants upon their arrival.

Instructions on tools and equipment will also be given. Practical work will be guided and supervised by highly trained conservators from the Israeli Antiquities Authority.
