- Shelley-Anne Peleg – Director of the International Conservation Center
Ms. Peleg holds a BA degree in Archaeology from the Hebrew University and a MA degree from the Haifa University. Ms. Peleg is an expert on the intangible culture of Acre. She has a rich background in developing and implementing public and educational programs in the field of archeology and conservation. She is a lecturer in national and international conferences and training workshops for teachers.
- Vardit Shotten-Hallel - Professional Director for the program
Ms. Shotten-Hallel is an architect in the Conservation Department of the Israel Antiquities Authority. She completed a research on the sandstone in the Hospitaller Compound in Acre for her M.A thesis in Archaeology. She is currently a PhD Candidate in the European Forum at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Title of thesis: The Churches of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem: Medieval Building Technologies and Architecture in the Frankish Levant and in Europe.
- Lilach Strul – Program Tutor
Ms. Strul is an architect and works in the Conservation Department of the Israel Antiquities Authority. She graduated the Integrated Urban and Territorial Conservation program (ITUC-03) at ICCROM, Rome. Currently, she is a M.A student at the University of Haifa, on the Conservation of Built and Cultural Heritage Program. Her broad professional experience includes: international projects, holding an earthen architecture workshop at the Bezalal Academy of Art and Design, surveying of earthen furniture and participation at the Earth Ville 2001 delegation for active conservation in India.
- Ornit Babani–Schneck - Logistic Assistant
Ms. Babani-Schneck has a BA in archaeology from the Haifa University. Her professional background includes administrative work at the Hecht Museum and as an educational coordinator in the archaeological education center of the IAA.
- Eitan Serber – Social Tutor and Recruiter
Mr. Serber is currently completing his BA degree in Archaeology and Anthropology at the Haifa University. He is the coordinator of the Haifa Student Village and is a tutor and guide for archaeological educational programs in the IAA.

Lecturers

- Raanan Kislev - Director of the Conservation Department of the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA).
Mr. Kislev is a specialist in conservation project management, documentation and planning of historic towns, buildings and archaeological sites. He is involved in all conservation and development projects overseen by the Antiquities Authority, and is a member in the ICCROM’s Council.
- Ram Shoeff - former head of the planning department in the conservation administration of the Israel Antiquities Authority. He is now responsible for special projects in the planning department. He is also a staff member in the educational documentation project: "Journey into the Jewish Heritage" within the framework of the Shazar Center and the Avi - Chai Fund.
- Yael Alef - responsible for documentation and planning projects, preparation of World Heritage nominations for UNESCO and development plans throughout Israel. She has developed and conducted conservation seminars and workshops for students, and is a lecturer at Bar Ilan University.
- Eliezer Stern - Chief Archaeologist of Acre and the Western Galilee and a specialist in Crusader Archeology for the IAA. He is a well known lecturer and guide on Crusader archeology.
- Yaacov Schaffer – Former Chief Conservation Officer of the IAA and the Head of the IAA Conservation Department. He is currently employed by the Old Akko Development Company, as an independent consultant on engineering historic and ancient structures, conducts physical conservation surveys in the Old City. Has a rich background as a lecturer for well known international academic institutions such as: The Tel Aviv University and ICCROM.
- Hanaa Abu 'Uqsa – is the archeological inspector of Akko. Ms. Abu 'Uqsa, participated in the Wye Plantation Program for Akko. Together with the Palestinian Authority, she surveyed cultural aspects of Akko.
- Dr. Edna J. Stern – Medieval ceramics specialist and field archaeologist in the Excavations and Surveys Department of the Israel Antiquities Authority. Has participated and directed many excavations in Acre and other sites in the Western Galilee.
- Dr. Danny Syon – an archeologist in Akko since 1990 on behalf of the Israel Antiquities Authority. Dr. Syon is the head editor for the Akko Scientific Publications and an expert in numismatics. He is a well known lecturer and guide in the fields of archeology and Akko.
