The remains of the magnificent Roman city from Bet Shean were mostly residential structures.

The theatre existed in the 1st century CE and perhaps even earlier, but it was not as grand as the later edition. The civic basilica was also built during this period and the scattered remains of streets, forums, pools and bathhouses, temples and public buildings were also discovered. For the first time, after many years of labor, we can propose a map of the urban center in this period.
